पंजाब के मंत्री संजीव अरोड़ा पर ED की छापेमारी को लेकर राज्यसभा सांसद और BJP नेता राघव चड्ढा ने कहा, "पंजाब को 'रंगला' बनाने का सपना दिखाकर, आम आदमी पार्टी ने पंजाब के खजाने को लूट लिया है और उसे 'कंगला' बना दिया है... ऐसी खबरें कि ED की छापेमारी के दौरान बालकनी से एक बैग में 21 लाख रुपये कैश फेंका गया, और करीब 100 करोड़ रुपये के फंड की राउंड-ट्रिपिंग की गई, यह दिखाती हैं कि पंजाब में उन्हें मिले जनादेश के साथ यह एक बहुत बड़ा विश्वासघात था। AAP ने पंजाब, पंजाबी और पंजाबियत के साथ विश्वासघात किया है।
Commenting on the ED raids on Punjab Minister Sanjeev Arora, Rajya Sabha MP and BJP leader Raghav Chadha stated, "By dangling the dream of making Punjab 'Rangla' (vibrant), the Aam Aadmi Party has looted the state's treasury and rendered it 'Kangla' (bankrupt)... Reports suggesting that ₹21 lakh in cash was thrown from a balcony in a bag during the ED raids, and that funds amounting to approximately ₹100 crore were 'round-tripped,' demonstrate that this constitutes a massive betrayal of the mandate they received in Punjab. AAP has betrayed Punjab, the Punjabis, and Punjabiyat."
